Refund Policy

All sales are final after the account details are delivered.

We only replace an order if the login does not work at the time of delivery. Contact us in discord.gg/nicks with your order ID right after purchase.

We do not refund if:

- you changed your mind

- you already received working login details

- the account gets locked later from how you used it

- you want a different username

Crypto payments cannot be reversed once confirmed.

If we approve a replacement, it is one replacement of equal value, not cash back.
